About Performance Improvement Consulting

VISION

A world where talented people combine their strengths to achieve goals meaningful to themselves and their organization.

MISSION

Partner with leaders in organizations to help them clear a path to personal and organizational success.

VALUES/CORE BELIEFS

People want to feel good about themselves and their work.
Employees who feel disconnected from the organization’s goals have little motivation to go the extra mile. Engaged employees pursue their work energetically as a means toward self-fulfillment.

Organizations help and hinder goal achievement.
Organizational structures and processes developed to enhance business operations can become dysfunctional or at least sub-optimal due to changes in personnel, business conditions or both.

Effective leaders enable workers to do their best work.
Without leadership to point the way and maintain focus on the goal, organizational energy is dissipated and works at cross-purposes. The leader provides the inspiration and sets the tone for getting the work done.

The consultant/coach’s role is to enable client self-sufficiency for sustained superior performance.
The goal of our consulting practice is to assist, to educate, and to build skills. Our partnership is time-bound. We focus on your current need. We also aim to build your capacity to address future needs on your own.
